Pros
Money. CN doesn't care about its employees, so to fix problems they throw money at it. Lots of money for the employees. Paid vacation off the hop. Medical, Dental. Pension.
Cons
Management is terrible. Violations of the collective agreement. Lack of sleep. Harassment in the workplace. No schedule, no life, long hours, terrible working conditions. Dirty bathrooms in trains, No consideration for working in the elements (-30 is cold as hell)
