Pros

Benefits, location, great equipment , beautiful campus, no weekend or nightly shows , rarely work on holidays, some nice people, surrounded by smart people

Cons

No room for advancement, certain departments and individuals within the dept. seem to be more "superior" than others (mgr. turns head when they do something considered wrong, but scolded when you do same thing), not many shows in the building, a lot of days with nothing at all to do but expected to stare straight ahead and look busy, not challenging, kids out of college are doing same job as those who have been there for over 15 years), need more freelancers and vacation relief people, vacation days are not approved a lot of the time even with much notice bc only a few are allowed off per day, having senority doesn't apply, need to train in house employees for higher up positions, often treated like children which makes many employees disgruntled and has been brought up in several group meetings (scolded for even glancing at phone and have to explain why you needed to look at phone etc, supposed to tell them ahead of time why we may need to glance at phone , programming can be very boring
