Pros
You get paid 15 an hour starting out. You barely interact with customers during the day. You get paid for a full 10 hours even if you work 6 hours.
Cons
Management is horrible. They change rules daily. They have no communication whatsoever between them and their employees. They wont care if you get hurt even on the job. They always want solid proof if you are injured. Even if they can clearly see you are. If you pass out while driving they basically act more worried about the van than you. The benefits arent even benefits. You have to pay 400 dollars a month just for you to have basic insurance that covers nothing really. They don't have an HR at all. I'm pretty sure that's not legal. If you go to higher management and explain to then anything that's going on they get upset with you and treat you as if they are bothered by you so they wont help you. Also, they will constantly bother you on your days off to come in and work even though they will fire you for having overtime. Last, but not least, whenever you're done with your route they force you to help someone else finish theirs, and if you dont, they take away your bonus. After the 3rd time you refuse they fire you. So they want you to do your entire ten hour route and then do someone elses even if that person doesnt need help. You're basically treated like cattle here.
