Not a good company for employee growth - Engineer CNH Industrial Employee Review

The company is not employee-friendly. They have deducted the entire annual increment and even the variable pay. There has been a lot of restructuring, and employees’ efforts are not recognized. Despite working for over four years, there has been no career growth or promotion opportunities. Overall, I would not recommend joining this organization.
