401k is decent, flexible hours depending on your manager, global presence, And may be cafeteria although it's overly priced..... Nothing else.. Very nice colleaugues
Cons
No raises in years.. Zero focus on products! Everyone cares about individual performance thanks to senior leadership and performance evaluation process is a joke. No career plan for employees. Promotion only if you know right people, not because how much you deserve. no transparency at all.
