Flexible and allowed to work independently, good co-workers at "working" level, interest products and work content when you get past the bureaucracy
Cons
No positive reinforcement, promotion by personal affiliation not work achievements, noncompetitive compensation...even internally, "do as I say, not as I do" Senior Management, lack of accountability except of small group of dumped on minion employees
