Pros
The compensation is very competitive in cities where cost of living is very low. Also, there is a lot of room for CNH to improve it's competitiveness and a lot of new programs to improve our operations.
Cons
CNH has a lot of great ideas, but horrible execution. There is much resistance to change by an old guard which the company is unable to overcome. It is amazing how archaic the work environment is at CNH.
