Pros
The pay is good. There are a number of very good people working there that want to help the company be successful.
Cons
There are minimal to no pay raises. There are a lot of cliques at the Burlington, Iowa facility. If you are not from the Burlington originally or you did not work with the existing management, you will be looked down upon. Burlington is the worst management team I have dealt with.
