the environment and the products CNH makes is very cool and fun and they do their best to make it so. benefits are great not including base pay or bonuses.
Cons
Pay is not fair nor is it competitive for the area. Raises and performance reviews are VERY unfair. They are not based on individual performance, they have a bell curve system that they use where if you had a team of 5, one person gets high score, the middle 3 get middle score, and one person gets a low score even if all 5 preformed EXACTLY the same they will still put you in these categories. management will throw you under the bus at the last minuet and never tell you until its too late and you cant defend yourself. they consistently push their priority on you which never lets you get back to your actual job and then turn around and say you are not taking care of your duties. they promote people who should not have management positions and actually LIED about their bonus eligibility and pay raises when i was on boarded.
