Unfortunate way to treat employees - Logistics Analyst CNH Industrial Employee Review

I worked at CNHi for 15 years. I loved it there and actually thought they cared about their employees until my last 15 months there. I was approached for a position in a different division. Thought it was a good idea to try something new. The training was horrible. The team dynamics was lacking the "team". This was a horrible fit. I contacted HR for assistance in transferring to another position within the company. There was no assistance...no emotion, I was just treated like a number. It's not worth the benefits nor the pay. This used to be a great company to work for, now employees are running each other down to get out. This is why they have so many openings. My advise, look for other openings!
