Pros
They have lots of resources. Great test facilities.
Cons
Managers are chosen through attrition. Stay long enough...you'll become a manger. (They're not all bad) But, the higher up the chain...the more disconnected from reality they seem to be. Fiat runs the show. And if you don't like the way they want you to do it...start looking for another job.
