Pros
Good benefits, great 401k matching, heating and air conditioning, and a building to keep you out of the elements (except the front door has been broken for 2 plus years)
Cons
Management is completely disconnected from reality, unrealistic expectations, no pay increases, a "bonus" that is unobtainable due to poor company performance (this is supposed to be your "raise"), and terrible 1980's software.
