Tiring politics - Purchasing CNH Industrial Employee Review

Too much politics, so many people involved in decision making. Getting orders from other regions doesn’t make sense and makes it tiring and frustrating to perform your job. Slow decision making. Some people taking advantage of big organization and hiding their ineffectiveness, Salary increase wasn’t done for the last 2 years for anyone, lower salaries than market. That needs to be fixed to attract talent.
