Pros
Hybrid model used to be a benefit
Cons
Extremely Poor HR and Management – Employees Are Not Valued The HR department and upper management in this company are highly unprofessional and lack basic communication skills. There is absolutely no transparency regarding important matters, leaving employees in constant uncertainty. For instance, the appraisal process is a complete mystery. Employees waited an entire year with no updates or clarity on whether it would even happen. Instead of proactive communication, HR simply ignores concerns, leaving everyone frustrated and demotivated. Another major issue was the abrupt cancellation of the hybrid work model. Employees were originally working two days from the office, but suddenly, without any consultation or feedback, the company imposed full-time office work with barely 15–20 days’ notice. This decision completely disregarded employees’ preferences and work-life balance. These are just a few examples of how poorly this company is run. Management shows no concern for its employees, and HR is ineffective in handling even the most basic policies. If you’re considering joining this company, be prepared for a lack of transparency, zero employee consideration, and chaotic decision-making from the top. Would not recommend.
