Compensation and Benefits and package are probably among the highest in the industry Fantastic building and facility in NY - Time Warner Center at Columbus Circle - probably the best looking media bldg in NYC. Top and highly respected brand.
Cons
highly fragmented and pathologically political disregard for employee performance divisions are "groupy" and try to do things within themselves senior management like to ONLY have the people they think they get along with or like and disregard the ones who they think they may not like despite top performance.
