      -Benefits/ 401K -4 weeks of vacation -Cheap cost of living in Atlanta -Great staff minus middle management

      -Terrible managers -No real prospects of career advancements -Low morale and lots of bullying by managers -No support on projects or encouragement to be creative -Bad Journalism

      Great for resume. Global audience.

      Cons

      CNN never promotes. It's not what it was. This management is all about profit and that hurts quality. No work life balance. Lots of racism.
