Pros
CFO provided great guidance for the company to right itself after bankruptcy over the last few years. Stock price rebounded nicely and rating agencies continued to state positive outlook.
Cons
The CFO left the company this year and there now is somewhat of a void. Most of the IT department was outsourced to a managed services vendor and a lot of work has slowed down or stopped.
