7yThis and several other negative reviews were posted on or about the same day in February after one unhappy person left our team. We know he contacted other previous leavers in an attempt to encourage them to leave negative reviews.
If this is a genuine review then we are deeply sorry you are unhappy but given we have many open avenues for you to raise your grievances we are a little surprised you have chosen to do so anonymously on this web site. We can't address concerns if they are vaguely stated and not supported. My door is always open and I am eager to address any issues, as is that of our excellent and very approachable HR manager. For serious issues we have well established formal processes laid down in the employee handbook but in our 7 year history those grievance procedures have never been invoked.
I prefer dealing with facts rather than anonymous allegations so for the benefit of readers I can say quite openly that independent reviews by an external company conclude:
- high levels of trust in management
- above average salaries and benefits
- we are one of Ireland's best small workplaces
We have always listened and continue to do so. Most recent improvements based on feedback include an outstanding new office with state of the art equipment, a new PDP system incorporating our values, greater focus on work life balance and well-being.
