      good work/life balance - really not bad even do is very political good perks - generous phone/data usage, up to date computers, and so on best coffee ever

      Cons

      Poor Leadership at Exec level - no one can seem to make a decision. IT Management roles can be very political

      Well organized, Very good pay.

      Cons

      I was not informed the previous two drivers to occupy the position, crashed the trucks in ditches due to night shift exhaustion/ burnout.
