7yCOBALT Graphics began operations in August 2018. COBALT Graphics evolved out of Cansel Survey Equipment as they had rapidly grown their Graphics business and it was time to create a free standing company solely focused on the Wide Format Graphics business. As we are rapidly evolving there are lots of changes and we are continually improving our business processes and improving our ability to service our customers. In response to this review, I would like to start by clarifying that there has been no managers that have left COBALT during their existence. Secondly, our current turnover is only slightly higher than industry standards and some of that was driven by the creation of a new company and the fact that some employees did not want to see change. The majority of our staff are in the sales profession and have a base salary and an uncapped commission environment. Many of our sales staff earn and above average total income based off the efforts and success that they put in. Our non-commissioned staff receive annual increases. Most of our staff receive some level of annual training and we easily surpass the Quebec mandated training requirements every year. We have quarterly staff meetings throughout the organization to ensure everyone is kept up to date and the managers have regular communication sessions with their employees. COBALT is a rapidly growing company with lots of opportunities for self starters. Our employee base is continuing to grow, our customer base is continuing to grow, our product line is continuing grow, and our market reach is continuing to grow. We have developed strategic relationships with vendors and customers.
