      You will get chance to visit customer site. Regular Customer Interaction which will improve your communication skills

      Cons

      They will hire you as an embedded engineer but there is no work related to embedded. You will just work as a support worker. 1. Very Flat growth(Negligible). 2. No process of doing work. 3. Intolerable work pressure. 4. Company Process changes every day. 5. You have to bear the blame of every mistake in the company. 6. As a Engineer, You will not do any work related to engineering.
