Don't start working there if you want to be a developer - Junior Frontend Developer CODE Employee Review

- as a developer you spend most of your day answering customer requests and then styling some parts of webshops. You won't write much actual code. Most of it is a few lines in Sass. Since the role I worked in was Frontend Developer I expected it to be much more development than designing and styling. I am not a designer. - the mentality of the people is very inclusive and close minded. If you don't think the same way as they do you are bing made fun off and seen as not a match with the team. If you have the same mentality - good for you. If you are more of an open minded free thinker - don't start working there!
