At COE you are not a number - the owners know each and every employee and interact with the staff daily. They truly care about every one of the employees. These are not just words - actions speak volumes to show employees how much they are valued. Employees are provided with great benefits that go above and beyond. We are provided with the standard benefits such as health, dental vision, life insurance, etc. - but we are also provided with a quarterly profit sharing payout. All employees work together and work hard to achieve success - we all benefit and it makes us a strong team! The company owners also think of our futures and provide a 401k plan with a VERY generous employer match; they then took that one step further and added a cash balance pension plan. Cons
I cannot say anything bad at all about this company. The company is rapidly growing, which is amazing to be part of; but with growth there are also challenges. The work environment is very fast -paced. You have to be willing to quickly adapt, change and also grow! This provides a lot of opportunities to enter into newly created positions. With growth and adaptability it is a win/win place to be!
