Project Engineer : If I was given a honest job description and explanation of benefit structure when offered the position I wouldn’t have wasted a week of my time in training. Low ball salary for an unrealistic work load to really oversee project details. 401k structure puts you in at 2 percent max with 6 percent contribution using a questionable investment organization. Horrible dental insurance. Lies about the amount of time you would be traveling. Dishonest management. Invasive pre employment physical. Forced social media policy. Secretive company culture. Thanks but no thanks.
