You get to sit on the job and do nothing because you don't have a computer to work with.
Cons
In the interview, I was promised overtime. But the senior vp wanted to limit the overtime and only allow for 40 hours a week. I worked off of other's computers, because they did not provide one. Even when I learned how to do all the tasks that were asked of me, I was still not provided with the proper tools. They don't mind doing pointless hirings along with pointless firings. They claim safety is their top priority, but accidents are too common on their construction sites. Upper management is sporadic, random, and makes illogical decisions. The project managers cannot manage projects even if their lives depended on it. This place is cancerous and I don't reccomend working here. Even if hired look for another job.
