Thank you for taking the time for an evaluation. And too sad to hear that you were not happy with your time at COMATCH.
For a chance to proactively change something it would have been helpful to clearly communicate these points during your time at COMATCH. However, we will share and discuss your suggestions for improvement. Please feel free to send us further background information by e-mail (jobs@comatch.com).
We would also like to comment your statement with regards to onboarding and personal development. Our people and therefore their personal and professional development are key for us. Since 2019 we offer our new joiners a structured onboarding lasting 5 days (and even 10 days for sales). Furthermore, for the professional development of our employees we kicked off the COMATCH academy. In total we conducted 19 skills training sessions with over 138 participants in 2019. The recommendation rate of our trainings is 9.9 out of 10. We are very proud of this!
