Extremely disorganized. Interview process was chaotic and took multiple reschedules. No onboarding process whatsoever. Hostile payment policy (30 days to get paid after your first invoice, so it could take 45+ days until you see a dollar) which management saw no problem with and explained the reason for the 30 day delay except for thats what they put in the contract, no awareness that in this economy people like to be paid for their work. After weeks of delays getting onboarded and my environment set up they said it seemed like it was taking me too long and fired me, right as I was finally set up to begin working on clients. What an enormous waste of everybody's time. Oh, they hired me for my CSS skills and then complained my ruby skills weren't good enough, despite not needing to do any ruby development as part of my job.
