Pros
People are nice, provides a paycheck
Cons
- No real accountability on the team, and big problems just get brushed off. - Constant changes and nonstop layoffs — it feels like every few weeks more people are gone, with zero empathy from leadership. - Benefits are awful and way too expensive. Meanwhile, corporate is more worried about their free lunches than making sure employees can actually afford healthcare. - Leadership at the top doesn’t have the skills or experience to run the company and it really shows. - Ever since Alani Nu was sold, the place has gone downhill fast. It was rough before, but now it’s even more obvious. - Pay for sales team is abysmal and KPIs change all the time and nobody understands them or how to earn a top payout. - Only bring in outside leadership, they never promote from within and when they do its someone who is a friend, not always the right person for the role.
