Pros
-Pay -Co-workers within region as support system -401k matching & good benefits -lots of responsibility to keep you busy -learn to adapt quickly and where a lot of hats -new roles are made decently frequent... they like to promote within
Cons
-upper management plays the blame game to lower level people, to make themselves look better -next to zero communication between field, kay account management, upper management, logistics, etc. Always being reactive instead of proactive. Though they preach the opposite. -upper management never keeps their word, always speaks "fluff". Like why say anything at all then? This is a very common conversation between teams across the USA, no matter which region you lay. -newly hired management always thinks they can make big moves/changes by laying people off, as if that's always the answer. zero guidance. -goals/prioirties change for the company on the weekly, so you always look ill-prepared. They rely WAY too much on their data team to reflect your performance... when half the data isn't even reflecting properly, if anyone bothered to communicate and ask each region for feedback, ever.
