Senior Management has no follow through or accountability. Constant turn over at the top because of leadership continually choosing self serving poor quality leaders to fill roles that should be legacy, seasoned, ConMed tenure individuals. Instead they want to constantly pull stryker exiled “talent” and hype them up as the next best invention to sliced bread. Management only hears what they want to hear and have a new habit of ghosting people who raise concerns if it doesn’t line up with their idea of what’s going on. This model cannot sustain and the attrition of solid sales reps over the last 12-18 months is very telling.
