Pros

Progressive & forward thinking - from policies like 4day-work week (when noone was doing it), CONQA really stands-out in standing behind people centric policies and approaches. You are really trusted in your area of expertise (not just lip service) to get things done. Supportive Founders - the founders and leadership team have really invested in a team and people-firt culture, consistently backing it with their actions and decisions. Collaborative and supportive team - talented and kind bunch of exceptional people who work really well together.

Cons

High standards - focus on maintaining a high performing/ team and acocuntability 1st culture does mean there are high expectations (as you would expect in any high growth start -up environment) for collaboration and performance, which might not suit everyone.
