I can think of no pros that can be associated with a dangerous, unsafe company.

They have low wage , untrained, uncertified mechanics who are not competent to maintain a large fleet of trucks. As a 9 year employee I drove 6 trucks that had dangerous exhaust leaks and NOT ONE of them was fixed. Worked on yes. Fixed NO. They will resist getting it fixed on the road and tell you to get it back to Kansas City. This company operates on the cheap and could care less if you are injured. I went to an ER for exhaust exposure and they said they were only responsible for 400 dollars because I did not call first!! The first 6 years I worked there were fine but when problems show up they show their true colors and its clear they do not respect or care anything whatsoever about their drivers. BEWARE!!!
