Pros
- The people are great. Coworkers are encouraging and many people are friends outside of work. - Dogs in the office - Somewhat flexible schedule, depending on your team and managers. - Free product is nice
Cons
- Many of the higher ups can be very degrading and rude. - There isn’t much trust in employees to get the job done. - They will hire outside of the company before thinking about promoting within and encouraging employees to try new tasks. Not much room for growth. - Micromanagement and extremely disorganized. Lots of rushed last minute projects. - Low pay and little PTO. Many holidays such as Presidents’ Day, MLK weekend and more are not given off. - Zero covid protocol. Masks are not required around the office and they wait until last minute to close it down - only when extremely necessary. - People are leaving left and right. Management takes a very long time to post listings and re-hire, leaving employees making up for a ton of extra work and not being compensated or thanked for it.
