      This is an amazing company to work for! The pay is steady, plenty of vacation time, amazing trips, awesome benefits and lots of room to grow!

      Cons

      If you are a dispatcher, you have to be okay with working weekends sometimes and holidays.

      Helping people, Never take your work home with you, some management were really great people, can work your way up if you are willing to put in the effort

      Cons

      Money is okay but could be more, hired employees tend to be younger & not quite as reliable yet
