I started at this company as a PTA and was able to advance to clinical manager and now I am senior clinical manager. I am at a point in my life that I wanted to advance/grow within a company and this was the right fit. Plenty of continuing education offered online and in person and encouraged to participate. CORA is always looking for ways to improve your day and recently we started using comprehend which is an AI developed for CORA and assists in completing our notes while patients are present. The team I work with is great.

Fast pace environment but days move quickly.

It feels great coming to work every day and sharing the day to day work day Have great co-works who go that extra mile and help there fellow Co-workers when needed, the work atmosphere is amazing
Cons
The office needs an update, the chairs are old and we would benefit with Apple pay and tab and pay, instead of the old credit card system, The Phones are old and the computer program freezes and slows down all the Time
