      A four day work week

      Cons

      No respect for production workers and they don't care about work/life balance. Safety and quality take a back seat to running as fast as the line allows till something breaks or gets hurt

      Mandatory overtime. 4x12's with Fridays being pushed on you. Absolutely abysmal management.
