Corex is a fast-paced, high pressure and rewarding environment. It is hard work, but you gain valuable experience and a lot a responsibility for an entry-level role. The activity schedule means you are always working on different activities thoughout the day, which keeps things varied. All of your tasks are measured in terms of timeliness, quality, etc and this will reflect in your opportunities, bonus and pay down the line.

The high pressure, no nonsense attitude may not be for the faint-hearted.

I have experienced a fantastic atmosphere within the geological team, always helpful and happy to help. you can gain a lot of knowledge especially if you are an entry applicant.

During my time at Corex, it was a very fast turnaround of the staff leaving and being hired. I was also inconvenient to commute as the office is based far away from the town.
