      Really great retail company. Many beneficial as a staff member. Lovely management team and collegues

      You work on weekends and public holiday, but pays are good on those days

      good discounts especially during sales

      Did not feel like I could be myself when I worked here. Was forced to follow a script daily, strict “COS only” dress code, was treated like a robot most of the time, managers expected everyone to be a clone of each other. I was miserable
