      This was a dream job. I love working with the public and engaging them with science and technology.

      Cons

      When they supported their mission and vision, we felt supported. They dismantled the education team on the misguided belief that everyone can be an educator, thus devaluing the entire field of education and disregarding our expertise.

      -Amazing people -Mission drive organization -Diversity and equity are important to the organization and leaders.

      Cons

      -Shortsighted leadership -Great culture (in theory) but not in practice -Leadership really does not value the work of frontline workers. Little or no room for work life balance.
