      Pros

      Excellent benefits, above-average pay in the local sector, and supportive supervisors. All of the managers know the programs really well and we keep growing so there is a lot of room to advance. Wish COTS gave retirement contributions but otherwise very happy here. Much better than other nonprofits I have worked for.

      Very gossipy work environment. Poor management and many required online meetings. Too much to learn in very little time.
