Pros
Good base salary in an industry that doesn't often provide one. Set your own schedule for the most part, and you don't get bogged down my useless meetings.
Cons
Super intensive training program that doesn't necessarily hit the areas needed to survive the first year...creates burnout. Not much time to let game plan to build your book of business play out and begin to work. Old computer system.
