Pros
The job offers an excellent work/life balance. There is a lot of support from management and fellow agents. I've been been blessed to have worked with 3 different assistants who did a fantastic job in helping me manage my business. Excellent training and back end support from our corporate offices.
Cons
There is a lot of turnover among new agents. It can be difficult to create a high functioning team of financial representatives when the door is constantly revolving among the representatives.
