The only pro I can think of is my manager...very nice man
Cons
They put you through the interview process...in my case three interviews, only to put you on the bench as an agent in waiting. I have been waiting now for 8 months. Every time I call my manager, he tells me, to be patient and that a spot should open soon. What a joke!!!
