Working on own time, however not really because eyes and ears are everywhere to make sure that micro management is fully in place.
Cons
Revolving door, no environment to build client relationships, but rather product pushing to meet quotas. Horrible benefits, you can buy your own health insurance for less and better coverage. Agent churning - you buy your own leads and it's with the open push from management. The same is true for insurances - it is expected that you buy all your insurances and more yourself. You will receive NO trails!!!
