Pros
The majority of people in the home office are great to work with. One office specifically in Shorewood, IL was great to work for.
Cons
There is very little training or support when brining in new CSR's. There seemed to be a "sink or swim" atmosphere. The agents are not trained very well in the technology or even some of the policy forms. Also, no upward mobility when working as a CSR with this company unless a sales manager assistant position happens to open up.
