      Training and mentor program used to have salary base until you built your book of business

      Cons

      Changed the comp plan but still don’t have control of what’s going on. Very disorganized. Want to run the business like State Farm but without giving a book of business. You pretty much have to pay to work here if you don’t have a book of business
