COUNTRY Financial is a very welcoming company to work at. Everyone works together whether it's a daily task or project which is a great way for employees to network with each other!
Cons
One of the challenges are that there have been a lot of changes. The challenging part is that some employees aren't accepting of the change which can make work difficult.
