      Pros

      COWI is a fantastic company, with amazing management and growth aspirations. It's an incredibly friendly place and has the work life balance and culture you would expect from a leading Scandinavian engineering consultancy.

      Cons

      There is a fair amount of dead wood and air of complacency in the middle grades, the younger engineers and management and senior leadership is fantastic; but there is a feeling that alot of people are carried by younger grades.

      Pros

      Primary offices were near transportation lines.

      Cons

      Senior leaders openly demonstrated unethical and unsafe work practices. Clear favoritism towards male employees was evident. Accountability was low and frequently misplaced to the wrong source. Concerns were not taken seriously, nor addressed. Despite employees actively fleeing for the above stated reasons, toxic practices continued. Ethics reporting structure was a circle, and therefore ineffective.
