      Small company big role. Some independence in role.

      Cons

      Suddenly fired people from various teams. Most tech team fired. No job security. Horrible HR. Senior leadership are all relatives or friends of Mendas. Anyone with skills are fired. Dumb kids sit in management and bark orders.
