Pros
I really enjoy working here. All of the employees were extremely welcoming on day 1 and have remained very supportive. I couldn't ask for a better group of people to work with and the management team has been with me every step of the way asking how I am feeling about my role, my training, working with me hands on, and just overall being supportive. I can tel hat they really care. The job keeps me challenged and fulfilled as I have something new to learn/do each day. I never feel bored. I have worked for multiple companies where employees are micro-managed and given no freedom to really work in their roles. Here, although they check to make sure I understand how to do what I have been asked to do and that I know what success looks like, I don't ever feel micro-managed. Instead, I feel supported and trusted. Thats a great feeling. I am so fortunate that I was offered this position and that I am a part of the CP Solutions family. It's been a great ride here so far and I hope that the ride doesn't end.
Cons
No company is perfect. Although CP Solutions is not perfect, I can bring something to management and they really take my concern (if I have one) seriously. I really couldn't ask for more than that!
